How to Become a Wholesale Customer

Andover Fabrics is a manufacturer. We only sell our products to retailers (both brick and mortar, and online), manufacturers, or distributors.

If your business qualifies as one of those and you would like to open an account, we invite you to visit our New Account Registration page and follow the instructions there!

Shipping

Orders for Non-Clearance items shipping to the contiguous USA that meet our $1,000 minimum will receive free shipping.

  • Qualifying orders must include goods all shipping for the same delivery month.
    • For example: If you submit an order where goods are scheudle for multiple delivery months, each delivery month must have $1,000 for free shipping to be applied. 
  • Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will receive free shipping if orders are sent to an address in the contiguous USA (For Example: orders shipped with a freight forwarder).
  • Items in our Clearance section do not qualify for free-shipping.

International accounts do not qualify for free shipping and can arrange to ship via UPS or with the freight forwarder of your choice.

Special Orders

Special orders (for example: custom kits and precuts, ROT, etc.) may require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. The order cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Cancellation

Andover Fabrics products have a long production leadtime. We rely on pre-orders determine our final production quantities. Cancellations requested 30 days or more following the intial order date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Return

If you need to return product(s) then you must FIRST obtain a Return For Credit (RF) number by contacting customer service. Any issues with your purchase must be reported within five (5) days.

Special order items are not returnable.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Original condition and UNOPENED packaging.
  2. 100% resalable condition for credit to be issued.
  3. Be received within 15 days of RF issuance.

Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund for the amount of the purchased item, less any applicable fees, will be issued via the method selected when the Return For Credit was placed.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Why do I need to pre-order fabric?
We pre-order our fabric lines to meet customer demand. This helps us control our inventory and make sure we fulfill all of our customers’ needs. When you pre-order fabric lines, we can ensure we order enough to meet needs, allow for some reorders, and prevent us from over ordering.

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Free shipping applies to orders $1,000 or greater for the same delivery month.

Will I need to order through my sales rep, or can I order directly from the website?
Whatever is most convenient for you works for us!

How often are new designer collections released?
Monthly! 

Do I have permission to use and share Andover Fabrics' photos to promote your products in my shop or store?
We encourage you to share our photos and other assets! Please share freely and remember to tag us #alwaysandover and @andoverfabrics in addition to the designers.

Can I use Andover Fabrics products to make items and then sell them?
It depends! You can use any Andover Fabrics except for our Licensed Collections. (For Instance: The Very Hungry Caterpillar.) We hope our fabrics inspire you to make quilts, apparel, home decor and other finished goods to keep, use as gifts or to sell. If possible when selling items, please use our name or hashtag -- #alwaysandover and @andoverfabrics.
